JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support machine module integration, configuration and technical set-up activities for customized semiconductor equipment
• Perform machine testing, troubleshooting, tuning and technical evaluation during integration and qualification processes
• Conduct in-house qualification, verification and validation activities to ensure compliance with engineering and customer requirements
• Prepare and maintain machine set-up instructions, technical checklists and engineering documentation
• Coordinate with Design and Engineering teams on BOM updates, drawing revisions and technical modifications
• Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions for technical and process-related issues
• Monitor and coordinate subcontractor technical activities to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives related to machine integration and qualification activities
• Assist in engineering change implementation and ensure proper documentation updates after modifications
• Provide technical support and guidance to technicians, subcontractors and internal stakeholders when required
• Participate in project discussions, technical reviews and continuous improvement activities assigned by management
• Ensure compliance with company quality, safety and operational procedures during project execution

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• NITEC / Diploma qualifications in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in semiconductor equipment, automation systems, machine integration or related technical engineering environment
• Good understanding of mechanical and electrical system integration, machine set-up and troubleshooting processes
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, assembly documentation and technical specifications
• Familiar with geometrical tolerance concepts and precision equipment handling
• Possess analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and good technical coordination capability
• Able to work independently and support cross-functional engineering activities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic engineering documentation preparation
